Job Specification:
Duties and responsibilities will entail assisting:
- Undertake general and routine servicing of plant and equipment;
- Perform cleaning services for plant and equipment and ensure tidiness of the working environment;
- Collect, sort and dispose general workshop/plant waste;
- Ensure safe custody of cleaning materials, tools and equipment;
- Assist in preparing and servicing machinery and equipment;
- Move or carry office equipment, furniture and ensure orderly arrangement;
- Operate machinery and equipment;
- Carry out repairs and maintenance of the property equipment and accessories such as elevators, escalators, water pumps, fire equipment and generators;
- Conduct inspection of facilities to identify, confirm and report any maintenance related issues or potential problems for escalation and action;
- Undertake construction works, repairs and maintenance of building and infrastructure;
- Work with the immediate supervisor to requisition for repairs as required
- Address minor tenant complaints
Person Specification:
For appointment to this grade a candidate must have:-
- National Trade Test III certificate in the area of specialization or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
- Fulfils the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.
