Job Specification:
Duties and responsibilities will entail:
- Developing and implementing Sales and Marketing policies, strategies, plans, manuals and programs;
- Undertaking Sales and Marketing activities and campaigns;
- Spearheading market research activities, surveys and studies;
- Creating programs to enhance awareness on the organizations products and services;
- Establishing and developing relationships with relevant stakeholders to create opportunities for products and services;
- Providing market information and customer feedback for development and improvement of products and services;
- Managing customer relationships to ensure retention and loyalty;
Person Specification:
- At least twelve (12) years work experience, five (5) of which must have been in a supervisory position;
- Bachelor Degree in any of the following fields: Commerce (Marketing Option), Business Administration (Marketing Option), Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent from a recognized institution;
OR
Bachelors Degree with a Postgraduate diploma in Sales and Marketing from a recognized institution;
- Masters Degree in Marketing, Business Administration (Marketing Option) or equivalent from a recognized institution;
- A Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks;
- Membership to relevant professional body where applicable; and
- Fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
