Job Specification:
Duties and responsibilities will entail; ( HOUSING RESEARCH)
- Collecting information for the development of research and innovation strategy/protocols/guidelines
- Drafting relevant research proposals
- Facilitating the research process
- Collecting data for various research /surveys and studies.
- Drafting reports and research findings
- Preparing and monitoring the implementation of Research and Innovation strategy and other initiatives
- Carrying out data analysis for various researches
- Drafting Innovation reports
- Developing new ideas, techniques, methodologies, approaches, practices and procedures in data analysis
- Assisting in preparing large datasets for public access
Person Specification:
For appointment to this grade, a person must have:
- At least four (4) years relevant work experience;
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
- Graduate member of a recognized professional body and in good standing;
- Registered with relevant professional regulatory body;
- Supervisory Course lasting not less than two (2) weeks from a recognized Institution;
- Proficiency in computer applications; and
- Fulfilled the provisions of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
