Job Specification:
Duties and responsibilities at this level entail assisting in:
- Documenting of procedures and standards for undertaking Quantity Survey and contract documentation work;
- Preparing of material schedules, bills of quantities and tender documents;
- Developing of print-outs and copies of tender and contract documents;
- Consolidating, referencing and custody of documents;
- Project supervising, cost analysis & reporting on building and overall construction costs;
- Project costing appraisals in liaison with Engineers and Architects
Person Specification:
- Diploma in Quantity Survey, Building Economics or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
- Proficiency in computer applications; and
- Fulfills the requirements of chapter six of the Constitution.
